Shipping & Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Bay Area, California Tuesday through Friday. Orders take 3-12 days to be fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped out via USPS the following business day (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Once your package reaches the post office Mahika Made is no longer responsible for your order.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during delivery. If this occurs please contact USPS & refer to your tracking number. The information provided on the USPS site will be the same information we at Mahika Made will have access to.

Returns & Exchanges
Final sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. NO ACCEPTIONS.
To start a return or exchange please email contact@mahikamade.com with a photo of item(s) with packaging slip & reason of exchange/ return. Customers have 7 days of confirmed received date to make any exchange/ return arrangements.
Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for repackaging & shipping items to Mahika Made. Return address will be provided once exchange/ return arrangements have been made. We do not guarantee we will receive your item(s).
Exchanges must be the same item or of equal value
If item(s) are received, exchanged items will be mailed to the address provided from original order. Returns will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Customers will be refunded for the price of returned item(s) MINUS return shipping costs & a 10% restock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Final Sale
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Any type of nose or lip jewelry, customized or personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.
